I would’ve loved to be there, even though I don’t have my own Dachshund! Despite being a city, that isn’t the most conducive space for a dog,New York City has tons of pet-friendly activities and locations that will have your tail wagging.
According to the New York City Economic Development Corporation, the Big Apple is home to nearly 1.1 million pets, which include 600,000 dogs and 500,000 cats. That figure works out to roughly one pet for every three houses.
If you live in NYC or if you’re just visiting, we have some ideas about how you can spend your time with your pup in the city.
